Great view, good location - albeit need a motorbike / taxi OR climb the stairs to the beach. Not a problem for us but may be for older people / families with small kids.

Water was tepid, bedsheets looked like they have seen better days but they were clean, shower window can be dangerous.

Kettle was broken. Shower was old and didn't work well. The noise of the conditioner was loud. The walkway wasn't finished, looked terrible. To go to town we had to walk by motorway, and it was a bit dangerous. Beach was not nice, dirrty.

The location to the beach was superb. The room had an incredible view of the ocean. Ben at the reception center makes this a warm and welcoming hotel! Reviews about the rocky walk to the beach and walk to the city being along the roadside were accurate however neither of these things hindered our stay! We would visit again.

The views from the apartment were spectacular. Swimming in the infinity pool as the sun set was just majestic. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. A few niggles presented themselves, but straight away the staff were on it and restored balance. We were lucky to have a few fireworks that were set off locally. Not everybody's cup of tea, but for me, it added to the nice experience, which we all had.

I had a bike, so access to the beach was just a couple of minutes away. Otherwise, you'd have to walk down the hill on the main drag (No side walk). The steps they provide down to the beach area aren't good for the less able due to the rocky terrain you are met with at the end.

Loved the location- overlooking the ocean. Also loved the rooftop pool, which we had to ourselves the whole stay. The staff were super friendly too!

The location was perfect! Right on the beachfront. The staff members were super friendly and the room was beautiful. Janet at reception was especially kind and helpful! The bathroom even had an epic view. We appreciated the free bottles of water and coffee and creamer every day. Also liked the smart tv being able to connect to netflix and youtube. It was a memorable stay and I would love to go back!

The gym could do with some weights and the pool and gym are only open until 8pm. The breakfast was tasty but a bit limited. It was a bit expensive to take a taxi to see sights in Phuket so would recommend a scooter or extra travel budget.

Views to the sea

A lot of things.First at all we didnt have hot water in our Room.Secondly, the wifi didnt work ( and they said us that its normal and they knew ). Other thing is that in the photos and description of the hotel seems like they have a bar but its fake! The bar is completly closed too many months ago.And to finish, the room's TV didnt work too.

Location was great, specially if you want a seaview and easy direct access to the beach.

I booked a two bed room and so it said in the room description and confirmation. When I arrived to the hotel for check-in, the receptionist said I didn't require a two bed room through an email confirmation. After showing him my reservation, he said everything was wrong and if I didn't want the room with a single bed I could leave right away and lose my money. It was late and after a rough discussion he finally accepted that I requested two beds. He was rude, crazy... A real Karen!!! Lucky for me I never saw him again!! The hotel was nice and the rest of the staff personnel were awesome... Except for this male receptionist

False advertising and photos on the website. Pictures shown on website were from years gone by, they showed a beautiful clean resort, full of life, a full bar by the pool, (it is now a storage room), access to the beach was dangerous, surrounded by huge rocks, waves crashing against them. The beach (once you got to it via dangerous road), was polluted and very unsavoury looking people trying to sell very suspect food and rental of broken seats on the beach.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in the 100 days I have been traveling in Europe and Asia. The aircon was strong and cold. The balcony view was amazing and I loved that I could shower with the window open and the fresh beach air! The rooftop pool was beautiful and cold and has a very convenient bathroom

The breakfast was not worth the extra money. There isn’t another restaurant nearby except on the beach. The walk to the beach is dangerous and even for a younger traveler I thought it was slippery and dangerous. I thought about my mom who travels with me often and she would have had a hard time navigating to the beach. Unfortunately the pool closes at 8pm and I would have liked a 10 or 11pm close so I could enjoy the evening at the pool.

Stunning view from nice sized room with balcony over ocean and beach. The location was a relaxing beach experience with very friendly honest people even to the point we left a backpack at khun gaa seafood thai restaurant 7min walk (great food) and they chased us on a motorbike to return. It was a terrible stormy evening we arrived and the hotel has no restaurant except breakfast, Janet at reception was fantastic and organised a restaurant to come pick us up and take us home. Janet was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Surin Beach is a lovely low key beach. The rooftop pool was fantastic. Breakfast was great

That there wasn't an option to eat a meal in the evening. The 7min walk into main area is either along a main road or had to walk across rocks down to beach.

The hotel is lovely, the room is big and airy, bed is comfortable, a beautiful view from the room, the balcony was big, the pool is excellent. The location is quiet, very relaxing and safe. Wifi was excellent, staff were good, but not great or friendly, but all requests were met and the rooms were made up each day with fresh water provided. I didn’t eat the breakfast (no GF, DF options) but the coffee was delicious. There is beach access from the hotel, although it involves climbing over rocks, up/down steep stairs and through puddles, that leads to a cute local restaurant in the corner of Surin beach, which was my favourite. This access can make the 10 min walk to surin town much quicker and less death defying than the road. There are a few restaurants in the town, a 7-11 and supermarket. It took 30 mins to walk to Kamala beach & cost B200 back in a tuk tuk which was probably too much. Hotel taxi to Patong is B500 but the lady next door does it for B400. The beach, the view and the pool are the best aspects here.

A lot. The shower, whilst stunning to look out the window, sprayed water every which way but down, the aircon was super noisy and barely did anything and the fan made clicking noises that woke me up all night. There were ants everywhere, including the bed. I stayed in the rainy season and I assume that’s why the pool bar is closed, but they didn’t sell any alcohol at all and being so far from everything, it was annoying to have to walk to town if I wanted a beer by the pool.
